Job Title: Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The role involves creating high-quality digital content that showcases commercial, industrial, and investment real estate while helping build Reliance Estate Agency into a leading real estate brand across social media.

Responsibilities:
• Edit photos, reels, and videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging daily posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Assist in shooting and planning content for properties, projects, and office activities.
• Design creatives, thumbnails, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting across platforms.
• Brainstorm content ideas and stay updated with social media trends relevant to real estate and lifestyle marketing.
• Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports with insights and recommendations.




• Support day-to-day marketing activities and campaign execution.

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of video editing software/apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN, etc.).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign performance metrics is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using a phone or camera.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management is a plus.

Preferred:
• Interest in real estate, luxury lifestyle, architecture, or business content.
• Knowledge of Reels, short-form videos, and viral content formats.
