Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with a background in Big Data tech to design, build, and optimize our data pipelines and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java and API development, with good expertise in DevOps tools, MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalable and high-performance data design.
We are looking for top-notch, energetic talent to keep up with the industry’s momentum and support the Development efforts.
The candidate should be able to independently design, build, debug, maintain, and enhance Data solutions while collaborating effectively with Onshore stakeholders
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Design & Development: Design and implement robust,
scalable data pipelines and backend services using Java -Spring Boot, MongoDB, Spark.
Database Aspects: Design MongoDB schemas, optimize complex queries, and manage indexing strategies to ensure high availability and low latency.
API Integration: Develop and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.
Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage data workloads on cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP), leveraging managed services for compute and storage.
Performance Tuning: Conduct deep-dive analysis of system bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations across the data stack.
Code Quality: Perform rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) to maintain high software quality standards.
