About The Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Brabima, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, forming strategic partnerships, and overseeing the growth of our platform. Your role will be pivotal in executing the business strategy and ensuring that we continue to offer high-quality salon services while growing our customer base.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance the Brabima platform's market presence.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets to expand Brabima’s reach.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, salon owners, and potential partners to foster collaboration.
What You'll Do
Lead business development efforts, from identifying prospects to closing high-value deals.
Develop and execute growth strategies that attract current salon owners and customers to the platform.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that increase platform visibility and drive user acquisition.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by building lasting relationships with salon owners and customers.
