Role: Workday Time Tracking Consultant'
Work Mode: 5 days WFO
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Time Tracking, including time entry codes, calculations, schedules, and security.
Gather business requirements and implement effective Workday solutions.
Design, test, and deploy Time Tracking enhancements and configurations.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to optimize time management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve Time Tracking-related issues.
Support implementations, upgrades, testing, UAT, and post-production activities.
Create functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Work with integration teams on Time Tracking-related interfaces.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills
6–10 years of IT/HRIS experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
Robust expertise in Workday Time Tracking configuration and support.
Good knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Payroll.
Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
Knowledge of Workday Integrations and EIBs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
