Yext is seeking a hands-on Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will drive operational excellence by owning the day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow in Coupa and serving as our SaaS renewal lead.
Responsibilities.
Procure-to-Pay Operations
Manage the daily Coupa Requisition-to-PO workflow — validate coding, ensure proper documentation, and confirm compliance with the global approval matrix on every transaction.
Monitor open POs monthly, reconcile uninvoiced balances, and submit PO change requests when service periods or values need updating.
Support requestors throughout the contract request form (CRF) process in Coupa, from commodity classification to final approval routing.
