Tasks
We are looking for a seasoned and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our Corporate Insurance business in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in driving revenue growth, managing large teams, and handling end-to-end insurance portfolios across corporate clients.



The ideal candidate will have a robust business pipeline, leadership exposure, and deep expertise across commercial insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall revenue growth and business targets for the corporate insurance vertical. Manage and expand current portfolio, ensuring consistent business performance.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients and large accounts. Lead acquisition of new corporate clients and strengthen existing relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pitching, deal structuring, and closure.
Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including Relationship Managers, Underwriters, Claims, and Operations.
Build, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team through clear targets and accountability frameworks. Align regular monitoring of targets.
