Role Overview
Trasol Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Screen resumes based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-up
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support onboarding and employee documentation process
Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment updates
Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic exposure to recruitment activities or HR internships is preferred
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
