Individual will be expected to provide consistent, high-performing level of
service support and also ensure the service availability and operational
excellence being a part of the team. He will be part of global network team
supporting organization 24x7.

* 1+ years of hands-on experience in Network domain managing global networks
24x7.

* Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers,
Firewall & wireless.
* Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability.
* Diagnose and resolve Level 1 network issues, escalating complex problems to
higher support levels.
* Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and network changes.
* Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on Routing Protocols & Switching




* Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on switching (STP, VSS, HSRP, VRRP,
GLBP, Multi-Layer Switches),
* Basic knowledge on Security technologies (Must Checkpoint/Fortigate/PA &
cisco ASA),
* Provide first-line support to internal teams and clients for connectivity
issues.
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
* Basic knowledge and hand-on experience on Cisco Meraki.
* Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
* Basic Knowledge and understanding on Network Monitoring Tools like (BMC
Netreo).
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
