We are looking for an experienced Workday Extend professional to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and architecture of custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications within the Workday platform.
• Ensure adherence to Workday best practices, architecture standards, and development guidelines.
• Partner with functional consultants, developers, and project managers for successful project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest Workday Extend features and product enhancements.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and solution enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence across projects.
Required Skills:
• 8–14 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend (formerly Workday Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or related Workday modules.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
• Solid understanding of Workday APIs, data models, and security architecture.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
