Key Responsibilities:
✅ Configure and support Workday Core HR processes, including:
Position Management
Change Job
Employee Termination
✅ Work with:
Custom Objects
Organizations
Reporting
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
✅ Manage and support Workday Recruiting activities, including:
Job Requisitions
Job Applications
Offers & Employment Agreements

Required Skills:
10–14 years of overall experience with relevant Workday expertise




Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR and Recruiting modules
Hands-on experience with Reporting and EIB
Experience configuring Custom Objects and Organizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Process-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Robust collaboration and teamwork skills
