About the Role GrowthJockey is building an AI-native, full-stack venture creation institution that unifies strategy, product, technology, design, digital growth, commerce, operations and capital discipline. The CVGO will work directly with the Founder, executive leadership, promoters, investors and enterprise partners to build ventures that win in the market — and to convert founder-led capability into a repeatable institutional system.
This is a founding mandate for a deeply digital business creator who can repeatedly build from 0–1, 1–10 and 10–100. It is not a general management role and not a conventional marketing leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
Create and scale ventures — Translate market opportunities into differentiated propositions, brands, customer engines, commercial models and category leadership.
Own venture outcomes — Carry direct accountability for venture success, revenue quality, market traction, unit economics, BU P&L;, cash flow, working capital and capital productivity.
Steward promoter and investor confidence — Engage credibly with promoters,



investors and boards; align ambition, milestones, risks, capital choices and performance with transparency and judgement.
Build the digital growth engine — Integrate brand, performance, content, creative, SEO, CRM, lifecycle, analytics, D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce into one accountable business system.
Institutionalise the chaos — Bring method, operating cadence, decision rights, playbooks, data discipline and governance to ambiguity, without reducing entrepreneurial speed.
Build internal capability — Recruit leaders, create specialist centres of excellence, develop succession and ensure capabilities compound beyond individual founders or executives.
Embed AI as an operating advantage — Redesign digital research, content, creative production, media, personalisation, CRM, commerce, analytics and decision workflows around AI.
