Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication of business requirements.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused on delivering value.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve product offerings.
Mandatory Skills:
Robust expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
