Product Manager : Consumer Experience

We’re looking for a Product Manager who turns customer understanding into shipped outcomes.
MyYogaTeacher helps people across the world improve their health and well being through live, personalized yoga. We connect students with experienced yoga teachers in India for 1-on-1 sessions designed around their goals, lifestyle, health conditions, and preferences.
Our platform has served 200K+ customers and supports thousands of live sessions across time zones, devices, payment systems, and customer journeys.
We are now entering a phase where speed, clarity, and execution matter more than ever.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can speak with students, understand their real motivations, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and work closely with design, engineering, analytics, sales, and operations to ship meaningful improvements quickly.
This is not a role for someone who only writes requirements, manages Jira, or waits for complete data before making a decision.
You will be expected to understand the customer,



form a point of view, bring teams together, and drive the product from problem discovery through execution and measurable impact.

What You’ll Own
Customer and Persona Understanding
Develop a deep understanding of our students—their goals, anxieties, motivations, objections, habits, and reasons for choosing personalized yoga.
Regularly speak with prospective students, active customers, churned customers, teachers, sales teams, and customer support teams.
Convert customer conversations, behavioral data, support tickets, sales calls, and session feedback into transparent product insights.
Build and continuously refine customer personas and journey maps based on evidence rather than assumptions.
Understand the underlying job the customer is hiring MyYogaTeacher to do—not merely the feature they are requesting.
