What this role is really about?
Forget everything you know about a traditional Collections management role. This isn’t about managing telecallers, reviewing dashboards, or chasing monthly targets.
This is a business leadership role as much as a collections one. You’ll own the P&L; for your portfolio of lender accounts and run them like a business.

Your Mission
Own the business. Own the Revenue, Gross Profit, and performance of your lender portfolio, and grow wallet share across accounts. Think like a business leader, not a collections manager.
Design winning strategies. Turn borrower behaviour and portfolio trends into bucket-wise, lender-specific strategies that consistently outperform benchmarks.
Build the AI workforce. Define how AI Voice, AI Chat, Digital, Human Advisors, and Field work together as one intelligent workforce, and where automation beats manual effort.
Lead high-performance TeleCollections. Lift productivity, RPC, PTP, and quality through smarter workflows, coaching, and automation, not more supervision.
