We are looking for an experienced Workday Security Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Security configuration and role-based access management. If you have hands-on experience in configuring and managing Workday Security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Workday Security across all security domains, including role-based access.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Security-related issues while providing guidance and support to end users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security configurations.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
Complete mandatory training within the assigned timelines.




Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent client-facing support.

Required Skills & Experience:
10–14 years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Security.
Robust knowledge of Workday Security architecture and configuration.
Expertise in role-based security, domain security policies, and business process security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Workday Security Certification is an added advantage.
