Role Description The Freelance IT Trainer will deliver structured, classroom-based IT training sessions to students and professionals at the Nashik campus in an on-site capacity. This contract role involves planning and conducting lectures, practical labs, and workshops on core IT topics such as basic computer literacy, office productivity tools, networking fundamentals, and introductory programming, as relevant.



The trainer will develop clear training materials, lesson plans, and assessments, and provide feedback to help learners build practical skills. Responsibilities include adapting content to different learning levels, maintaining training records, collaborating with academic staff to align curricula with institutional goals, and staying current with emerging technologies to keep course content up to date.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge in core IT domains such as computer hardware and software basics, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and office productivity tools.
Experience in training or teaching, including lesson planning, classroom delivery, practical lab facilitation, and learner assessment.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varied backgrounds and skill levels, using examples and hands-on activities.
