Role Description: The Medical Resident role at Apex Hospitals is a full-time, on-site position located in Jhunjhunu. The resident will participate in daily ward rounds, assess patients, document clinical findings, and develop management plans under the supervision of senior physicians.

Responsibilities include assisting in diagnostic evaluations, performing and supporting procedures, monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring accurate medical records. The resident will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, respond to emergencies,



support patient and family education, and adhere to hospital protocols and evidence-based clinical guidelines. Participation in academic activities such as case presentations, clinical audits, and continuous medical education sessions is also expected.

Qualifications

Clinical foundation in Medicine with robust knowledge of internal medicine principles and patient assessment.

Ability to work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a team-based clinical environment.

Competence in planning and monitoring Treatment, including prescription writing, follow-up, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.

Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Good communication skills, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and readiness to handle emergency and critical care situations.

Prior residency or internship experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.
