We are looking for an experienced and passionate Medical Coding Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing medical coders, developing learning materials, conducting assessments, and ensuring high standards of coding quality and compliance. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent presentation and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and virtual training on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and coding guidelines.

- Deliver induction training for new hires and refresher training for experienced coders.

- Develop and update training modules, presentations, coding exercises, and assessment materials.

- Evaluate trainee performance through coding tests, quizzes, and practical assessments.





- Provide mentoring and individual coaching to improve coding accuracy, productivity, and quality.

- Stay up to date with coding guideline changes, payer regulations, and industry best practices.

- Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Production teams to identify training needs and improve performance.

- Conduct coding audits and provide constructive feedback to trainees.

- Maintain training records, attendance, performance reports, and certification status.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client-specific requirements, and organizational policies.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
