Design and develop electromechanical systems for medical devices. Integrate mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software components into functional products. Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and validate system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams. Perform root cause analysis and implement design improvements. Create engineering drawings, BOMs, technical documentation, and test reports.
Support design verification, validation, and product transfer to manufacturing. Ensure compliance with applicable medical device standards and quality systems. Evaluate current technologies, components, and suppliers for product development.
Participate in risk analysis, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
