Role Description The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting the planning, design, and execution of building services across multiple real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts with architectural and structural designs, preparing and reviewing MEP drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain project timelines.
The MEP Engineer will also oversee installation and testing, review material submittals, support quality control, and contribute to cost-effective engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, including experience in integrated building services design and execution.
Candidates should possess Plumbing and Building Services expertise, with knowledge of water supply, drainage systems, and HVAC or related building service installations.
Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering and MEP Coordination skills, including the ability to coordinate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems with other disciplines.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards applicable to MEP works.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects, preferably in large-scale developments.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and basic project documentation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a multidisciplinary team environment.
