We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and development of automatic systems, with a focus on door mechanisms used in industrial and public infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical mechanisms with focus on reliability and long-life cycles
- Work extensively on sheet metal structures and assemblies
- Design for high-cycle applications (wear, fatigue, impact resistance)
- Select and integrate motors, actuators, shafts, bushings, and linkages
- Improve existing designs based on real-world performance issues
- Work closely with factory teams to ensure practical and manufacturable solutions
- Perform tolerance stack-up and fitment analysis for moving parts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in automatic door systems or similar mechanisms
- Solid knowledge of Sheetmetal design
- Familiar with automation concepts
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo / AutoCAD) or similar products
- Relevant Industries (Preferred Background)
Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:
- Automatic doors and entrance systems
- Elevators and escalators
- Industrial automation equipment
- Railway / metro equipment
- Machinery and equipment manufacturing
- Turnstile and access control systems
- Experience with motors, actuators, or motion systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes

- design and development of automatic systems where you played a major role.
- Examples of mechanical systems developed from concept to implementation.
- Your contribution to system architecture, engineering development, and problem-solving activities.
- Photos/renderings of prototypes, production systems, or installation activities.
