What would you do?

- Lead strategic performance reporting for senior internal leadership and client stakeholders, delivering accurate, timely and insight-driven outputs that support oversight, decision-making and business performance management.
- Provide leadership oversight for governance activities by steering review forums, synthesizing operational insights, and proactively identifying performance trends, risks, dependencies and opportunities for continuous improvement across ATOM.

What are we looking for?

- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in capital markets and the investment banking domain.
- Strong understanding of SLA, KPI and KRI governance, measurement and reporting.
- Experience working in management reporting, governance or analytics-oriented teams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.




- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply prior experience effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership of new or changing requirements.
- High level of accuracy, discipline and professional work ethic.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to support non-standard working hours and business requirements during Indian holidays, where necessary.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc responsibilities and contribute as a collaborative team player.

INTERNAL: Operations teams, delivery leads, process owners and internal management.

Cross-training and backup coverage should be maintained to ensure continuity of reporting and governance deliverables during planned or unplanned absences.

Roles and Responsibilities:



•• Lead end-to-end internal and client reporting across daily, weekly and monthly governance cycles, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and senior stakeholder expectations.

- Own the governance of operational data submissions, driving timeliness, accuracy, validation rigor and accountability across contributing teams.
- Develop governance packs and client review materials that translate operational performance into clear, decision-oriented insights for leadership forums.
- Provide leadership assurance that reporting outputs are consistent, reliable, well-governed and audit-ready at all times.
- Act as a senior coordination and escalation point across stakeholders, operations teams and management to drive alignment, execution and timely resolution of dependencies.
- Strengthen senior stakeholder engagement by driving transparent governance, constructive challenge and effective issue resolution across forums.
- Lead oversight of KPI, KRI and SLA performance, ensuring timely reporting, robust interpretation and clear escalation of material themes.
- Provide proactive leadership insight through performance analysis, identifying trends, emerging risks and opportunities to strengthen operational outcomes.
- Champion automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency, control, accuracy and scalability across the governance landscape.
- Own and continuously enhance KPI/SLA definitions, methodologies and calculation standards to ensure consistency, transparency and credibility of reporting.
- Provide senior-level support for ad hoc governance and reporting priorities, responding with sound judgement, pace and a strong focus on business impact.
