Deliver hair and skin treatments in accordance with company protocols and established clinical standards.

Ensure the highest possible standards of treatment outcomes and client care.

Maintain a clean, hygienic, protected, and professional clinical environment.

Take complete responsibility for client treatments while ensuring quality patient care.

Conduct timely follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and client satisfaction.

Safeguard medical equipment, products, supplies, and other company assets.

Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, treatment quality, and clinical outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments, clinical outcomes, and client feedback/testimonials.

Guide, train, and mentor support staff to ensure efficient and smooth clinic operations.

Consistently follow company brand standards, clinical protocols, and operational guidelines.

Counsel clients and educate them about hair and skin treatments, helping them make informed decisions regarding their care.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all applicable medical, clinical, and company guidelines.
