Role Description The MDM Lead – (IDMC) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading Master Data Management initiatives using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). Day-to-day activities include designing and implementing MDM solutions, defining data models, and ensuring data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.

The MDM Lead collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of MDM components. This role also involves monitoring data workflows, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and maintaining documentation and standards. The individual will mentor team members,



contribute to best practices, and support continuous improvement of data management processes to enable reliable, consistent, and trusted data for the organization and its clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, preferably Informatica IDMC, with experience in data modeling, data quality rules, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong skills in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and working with relational databases and SQL for enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical designs, and managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage project deliverables, and adhere to timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of architectures, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in MDM or Informatica are an advantage.
- Experience in staffing, consulting, or service-oriented environments and familiarity with industry best practices for data management is beneficial.
