The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for competitive examinations.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and mock tests.
- Explain concepts using easy and shortcut methods.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and regular assessments.
- Monitor students’ performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare students for speed, accuracy, and problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Update teaching methods according to latest exam patterns and syllabus.
