Role Overview

Lead the research, strategy, planning and documentation for events, exhibitions, conferences, summits, and government projects by transforming vision into execution-ready plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end research, strategy development, concept planning, and documentation.

- Develop event frameworks, stakeholder ecosystems, programme structures, experience journeys, and engagement strategies.

- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and concept notes.

- Collaborate with internal teams while mentoring the research team.

- Ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery of strategic outputs.

Skills & Qualifications

- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, and documentation skills.

- Excellent PowerPoint, MS Office, AI tools, and communication skills.

- Experience in government projects, events, exhibitions, or strategies preferred.

- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
