Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Marketing & Sales role based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and approaching potential clients for outdoor advertising, events, and branding services, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns and events, monitoring performance,



and providing clients with updates and reports. Day-to-day tasks involve field visits, client meetings, market research, and collaboration with the creative and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide responsive support.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in advertising, events, or related industries.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide team members, track performance, and support continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising, events, branding, or media solutions, with the ability to translate client needs into effective campaigns.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage fieldwork in Lucknow, and coordinate tasks remotely when needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; prior experience in marketing or sales is highly beneficial.
