Key Responsibilities

· Drive revenue across rooms, banquets, F&B;, corporate accounts, MICE and events.

· Build and lead the sales team with clear targets, review discipline and accountability.

· Strengthen relationships with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners, event agencies and key accounts.

· Create monthly sales plans, marketing campaigns and revenue strategies.

· Improve occupancy, ARR, RevPAR, banquet revenue and overall hotel profitability.

· Work closely with operations, front office, revenue management and F&B; teams.

· Track competition, market demand, pricing opportunities and conversion performance.

· Ensure strong brand positioning, lead generation and local market visibility.

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 10 to 15 years of hotel sales and marketing experience.

· Current or previous role as DOSM, Director of Sales,



Sales Head or Commercial Head.

· Experience with a branded hotel chain will be strongly preferred.

· Strong network in Kolkata corporate, travel, events and hospitality market.

· Proven ability to generate business, not just manage reports.

· Comfortable with revenue numbers, team reviews, market visits and direct client relationships.

· Clear understanding of rooms, banquets, F&B;, corporate revenue and hotel profitability.
