Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote PACSEAL® products, supporting sales initiatives, and strengthening brand presence in key industrial markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, preparing marketing materials,



and coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The position also requires collaboration with sales and technical teams, providing customer-facing support for presentations, trade shows, and product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to support business growth and product positioning.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors and technical products is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
