- Responsible for complete sales and marketing activities of all products in the region
- Responsible for achievement of sales of different products as per target assigned
- Coordinate with Unit Head for effectively executing the sales & marketing activities in the region
- Doing market research to understand market trend for current products and develop new markets
- Liaison with govt. and state cooperative agencies for distribution of fertilizer products in the region
- Understand the competition product, pricing & strategy in the region and assist the sr. management team in framing strategies in line with that
- Expanding the dealer network and relationship management with all existing dealers in his area
- Motivate, train team members and enhance their performance by becoming their coach and mentor

Give continuous proposals,



recommendations to change price in the region to HOD based on changes in environment to ensure a competitive price
- Supervise the fertilizer demonstrations carried out in the region/ district
- Coordinate with field officers for liaison with block level agriculture officials
- Responsible for coordinating with field officers for getting the delivery instructions clearance from various districts
- Timely submission of MIS of target vs achievement of different products
- Coordinate the dealers meet every year to ensure dealers remain enthused and motivated
