We are looking for a agile, result-oriented Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, particularly field marketing and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector, including schools, universities, educational institutions, or education-related services, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence and support business growth.

- Plan and execute field marketing activities, institutional visits, client outreach programmes, roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.

- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through regular meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.

- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, educational institutions, corporate clients, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Support the leadership team in client meetings by preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

- Coordinate with internal design and content teams to develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional material.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to recommend new business strategies.

- Track marketing and sales performance, maintain lead pipelines, and prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness and business development activities.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, institutional visits, marketing events, and business development activities.
