About Knowledge Center (KC)

Knowledge Center (KC) is an innovation-driven platform connecting architects, designers, brands, and building material manufacturers through immersive experiences, digital solutions, and industry engagement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to own and drive KC's brand, digital, and on-ground marketing efforts. This role requires someone who can lead a small team, plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, and build KC's visibility among architects, designers, and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute KC's marketing strategy across digital, social media, content, and on-ground channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, assigning tasks and reviewing performance.
- Drive brand visibility and positioning among architects, designers, and building material brands.
- Plan and promote events, workshops, and brand activations at the center.
- Own social media, website,



and content calendars; ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Partnership teams to support lead generation and partner marketing needs.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendors (agencies, designers, photographers, printers, etc.).
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and marketing ROI.

Requirements

- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital marketing roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Experience in architecture, design, real estate, or B2B brand marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
