Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing and business development activities in the leather industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of domestic and international buyers, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven experience in generating new business for leather products, including bags, belts, wallets, and other leather accessories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new domestic and international buyers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with buyers to present the company's products and capabilities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers and clients.
- Handle buyer inquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



and merchandising teams to meet buyer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and marketing plans.
- Ensure timely follow-up with buyers and successful order conversion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in the leather industry.
- Proven experience in business development and buyer handling.
- Strong knowledge of leather products such as bags, belts, wallets, and accessories.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel for client and buyer meetings.
