Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative

Associate Marketing Generalist to support zenda's marketing initiatives across branding, content, events, campaigns, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build a well-rounded career in B2B marketing. You will work closely with the Design & Marketing Lead while contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, conferences, webinars, and events.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.

- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

- Assist with email marketing, campaign execution, product launches, and brand communications.

- Design marketing creatives using Canva (Illustrator experience is a plus).

- Track campaign performance, manage marketing assets, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

- Conduct market research and leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Events, Agency, Startup, or Operations roles.





- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Excel.

- Experience managing LinkedIn content and digital marketing activities.

- Strong written communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.

- Exposure to Email Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of SaaS, FinTech, or EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
