Marketing Executive (IVF Hospital)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote the hospital's IVF and fertility services to referral doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other referral sources.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate patient referrals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit activity updates to the reporting manager.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient conversion and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly marketing and referral targets.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Management.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Starting from ₹20,000 per month Work Location: On-site / Field Marketing
