- Generate sales and achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain dealer and farmer relationships.
- Expand market reach and customer base.

2️⃣ Sales Executive (SE) Role Overview Support sales growth by identifying current opportunities and increasing product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote agricultural products and services.
- Build strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.





3️⃣ Marketing Development Officer (MDO) Role Overview: Strengthen the market presence through farmer outreach and awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market development activities.|
- Organize farmer meetings and awareness campaigns.
- Promote brand visibility in assigned areas.
