Key Responsibilities

Achieve enrolment targets for institute programmes.

Conduct data calls for lead generation and provide effective career counselling.

Manage telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with timely follow-ups.

Oversee and close the entire admission process, ensuring smooth on boarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational private tutors, and consultants for collaborations and tie-ups.

Organise and conduct impactful seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.

Represent and promote the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and other academic/industry events.

Prepare detailed post-event reports, including market analysis, competitor insights,



and recommendations for growth strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Manag ement, Education, or related fields).

1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or the education sector.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools for data management & reporting.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to travel for school/college visits, tie-ups, and events.

Goal-orientated mind set with proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
