Role Description The Marketing Consultant is a full time remote role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support leasing, brand awareness, and resident engagement for Ridgeview Estates. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, defining target audiences, and creating marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.

The Marketing

Consultant will also monitor campaign performance, prepare reports with actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve lead generation and conversion.



This position requires proactive communication with cross-functional teams and occasional virtual meetings with leadership to present strategies and results.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
