We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive individual who can manage our digital presence while also supporting day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing engaging content, managing social media, creating videos and presentations, while also ensuring smooth office coordination.

#Key Responsibilities****1.Graphic Design & Creative Content (Primary Responsibility)

- Design social media creatives, brochures, presentations, certificates, posters, banners and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and motion graphics.
- Design creatives for advertisements, campaigns and university partners.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
- Develop visual content aligned with Study Culture and Edvantaged brand guidelines.
- Create event creatives and promotional materials.

2.Social Media Management

- Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Maintain monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate content creation.
- Monitor comments, messages and engagement.
- Stay updated with trends and create timely content.

3.Digital Marketing

- Assist in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track campaign performance.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Support lead generation campaigns.
- Suggest new content ideas based on market trends.

4.Office Coordination & Administration

- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office records and documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support event planning and workshop logistics.




- Manage office inventory and stationery.
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks.

- Quality and consistency of creative designs.
- Growth across social media platforms.
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Engagement and reach of digital content.
- Timely completion of office coordination tasks.
- Overall organisation and efficiency of office operations.

#Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong design skills are also encouraged to apply.
