Re Sustainability Limited is looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Head to drive business growth across Odisha.

- Location: Odisha

We are seeking a strategic business leader with a strong background in B2B sales, industrial business development, and team management to expand our Industrial Waste Management business.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and revenue growth across Odisha Lead B2B and institutional sales for Industrial Waste Management services

Build and manage relationships with key industrial customers and stakeholders

Lead, mentor, and develop regional business development teams, driving a high-performance culture through coaching, KPI management, and regular performance reviews

Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and long-term contract closures

Deliver revenue, EBITDA, and collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction





Preferred Profile
- 12–20 years of experience in Business Development or Institutional Sales Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams

Experience in Industrial Waste Management, Environmental Services, Hazardous Waste, Recycling, Sustainability, or related industries

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic business development skills
