About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Growth Associate who can take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.

This is not a social media executive role.

You'll work closely with founders, clients, designers, photographers, and creative teams to plan campaigns, coordinate projects, manage client relationships, and drive brand growth across multiple industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Strategy

- Develop marketing strategies for different brands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.

Project Management

- Coordinate projects across branding, design, content, and production teams.
- Track timelines and ensure smooth execution.




- Prepare project briefs and presentations.

Client Management

- Attend and lead client meetings.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Manage project communication and deliverables.

Campaign Planning

- Create monthly marketing calendars.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
- Coordinate with creative teams for execution.

Offline & Digital Marketing

- Plan brand activations, events, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Support digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Understand how offline and online marketing work together to create long-term business growth.

Brand Shoots

- Coordinate photography and video shoots.
- Assist in planning, execution, and creative direction.

Business Development

- Prepare proposals and pitch presentations.
- Research new markets and business opportunities.
- Support networking and strategic partnerships.

AI & Innovation

- Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and creative workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools is preferred.
