We vet every member company for cultural and strategic fit. Resident focuses on private offices, hospitality-driven service, and proactive community building that enables meaningful professional relationships and collaboration. This is your chance to join early and play a critical role in shaping the energy, culture, and daily rhythm of our flagship space in NYC. You’ll report directly to our Head of Community and work alongside our Founder & CEO, a successful entrepreneur with a previous exit, and gain firsthand experience building a brand and business from the ground up.
- About the Role

This role is for a generalist. Someone resourceful, curious, and hands-on. You might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them. You’re entrepreneurial by nature, creative by instinct, and thrive in fast-moving environments. You’ll work directly with a founder who previously built and sold a tech company, and you’ll be part of building something recent from the ground up. If you’re looking for structure and predictability, this probably isn’t for you.

- What You’ll Actually Do

You'll do a lot of things,



but below are a few that come to mind:
- Help run private, invite-only events with NYC’s top founders and investors
- Build and grow an in-person community (not just online)
- Draft content for newsletters and social that feels human and useful
- Help shape early brand and marketing strategy
- Manage thoughtful outreach to potential guests and collaborators
- Brainstorm themes and ideas that make our events memorable
- Create swag and merch people are proud to wear
- Set up systems and automations to keep things running smoothly
- Document all learnings and processes
