CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, Razorpay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 650+ people robust and cater to product & data engineering use cases around Agentic AI, RPA, full stack development, and various GenAI technologies. As part of our investment initiatives, we are expanding into real estate research and are looking for interns who can combine technology, AI, and business intelligence to support strategic investment decisions.

We are looking for a highly analytical and AI-savvy real estate research intern who is passionate about market research and investment analysis. The ideal candidate should know how to effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other research platforms to conduct in-depth real estate market research and identify high-potential investment opportunities. We are not looking for someone who simply gathers information- we need someone who can think like an investor, analyze opportunities objectively, and recommend investments that genuinely maximize returns for the company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Conduct extensive market research using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other online research platforms.
- Identify promising residential, commercial, and land investment opportunities across different cities and regions.
- Analyze factors such as location growth, infrastructure development, government projects, rental yield, appreciation potential,



builder reputation, and market trends.
- Prepare detailed investment reports with supporting data, comparisons, advantages, risks, and recommendations.
- Compare multiple investment options and recommend the most profitable opportunities based on research rather than personal opinions.
- Track real estate news, policy changes, upcoming infrastructure developments, and emerging investment hotspots.
- Validate AI-generated insights using authentic sources such as government portals, market reports, and industry publications.
- Maintain organized databases of researched properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
- Present findings in a structured and data-driven manner through presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Continuously explore better AI prompts and research techniques to improve the quality and speed of analysis.

- Working days - 6 days (5 days work from office + Saturday work from home).
