What you'll do:

✅ Lead market activation programs and mechanic loyalty initiatives

✅ Engage mechanics, fleet owners, dealers, and influencers

✅ Drive demand generation and business growth across assigned markets.

✅ Manage distributor-driven activations, roadshows, garage meets, and fleet engagement programs.

✅ Lead and develop field activation teams

What we're looking for:

✔️ 8-12 years of experience in B2C Sales,Distributor Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Promotion, Business Development, or Channel Management

✔️ Robust team leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Experience in automotive, lubricants, FMCG, tyres, batteries, or related industries preferred

✔️ Experience in ATL & BTL marketing strategies

✔️ Worked in Loyalty Program Ecosystem
