- Works with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives
- Update Engineering documentation through OnePLM.
- Create new work instructions or local procedures per the business priorities.
- Support Safety documentation updates per the sites safety requirements.
- Development and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Carry out structured problem solving.
- Actively interfacing with cross-functional team members and 3rd party Vendors, and always practicing good teamwork in support of the day-to-day operating requirements, and in pursuit of achieving the business targets
- Observing the Quality Management Systems requirements on site at all times
- Adherence to, and enforcement of all Setting Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site
- Provision of out-of-hours support to the business as required by management.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 6 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team in a dynamic and results motivated environment.
- Demonstrable analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- CNC Experience an advantage
- Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously.
- A team player, with a flexible approach.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
