About the Role

We are hiring a Manufacturing Data & Integration Architect

- Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Pune
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 8-10 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Industrial Automation with exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience across Manufacturing, Quality, R&D;, Warehouse, and Production Operations .
- Good understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and its integration with enterprise applications.
- Experience integrating PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, QMS, LIMS, Historian (OSIsoft PI), and ERP systems .
- Knowledge of manufacturing data flows and industrial integration architecture.
- Hands-on experience with industrial communication technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, and ISA-95 is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and cloud-based industrial integration solutions.
- Experience in digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or Smart Factory initiatives is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals with strong OT (Operational Technology) Integration experience rather than candidates with only industrial automation exposure. The ideal candidate should have successfully integrated manufacturing and control systems with enterprise applications, enabling seamless data flow across factory operations. Candidates with experience spanning Manufacturing, Quality, R&D;, Warehouse, MES, ERP,



and Industrial IoT environments will be highly preferred.

: Manufacturing Data & Integration Architect

Role Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Data & Integration Architect to support enterprise-wide manufacturing data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of manufacturing processes, OT/IT systems, data flows, and integration architectures.
- The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, site SMEs, architects, and technology teams to document current-state processes, define future-state data flows, identify integration gaps, and align site-specific implementations with enterprise reference architectures.
- This position is highly consultative and requires excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and data mapping capabilities.

Required Skills

- Manufacturing Domain: MES, ERP, SCADA, Historians, LIMS, OT Systems, Industrial Data Platforms, Manufacturing Data Flow.
- Data & Integration: Data Mapping, Data Lineage, ETL, APIs, Middleware, System Integration, Master & Transactional Data.
- Architecture: Data Flow Architecture, Conceptual & Logical Diagrams, Enterprise Architecture, Integration Patterns.
- Stakeholder Management: Manufacturing SMEs, Business Stakeholders, Site Teams, Enterprise Architects, Technical Teams, Requirements Gathering, Workshops.
- Tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Power BI, SAP, Manufacturing Integration Platforms, API Integration Tools, Data Governance Tools.

Preferred

- 8–10 years of experience in Manufacturing IT/OT Integration and Data Architecture.
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods.
- Knowledge of ISA-95, Manufacturing Transformation, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
