About Position:

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer with 2 to 5 years of testing experience to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional and regression testing, defect management, and test case execution. This role requires a detail-oriented qualified who can collaborate effectively with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution activities.
- Perform defect verification and regression validation before releases.
- Ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of website and mobile application testing.
- Hands-on experience in functional and regression testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Experience in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of software quality assurance best practices.
- Knowledge of Accessibility Testing.
- Exposure to AI Agents and AI-driven testing concepts.
- Experience working with modern digital applications and customer-facing platforms.
