Role Description The Market Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves collecting and analyzing market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for Pericent’s BPM and DMS products.

The analyst will design and conduct surveys, interviews, and secondary research, then interpret findings to support product, marketing, and sales strategies. Day-to-day activities include preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. The role also includes monitoring industry developments in NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare,



and Government sectors to inform long-term planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills, including experience with quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust Research skills for gathering, validating, and synthesizing information from diverse sources.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field are preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and visualization software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is beneficial.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or industries such as NBFC, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Government is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur, with attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a focus on ethical and inclusive practices.
