Position - Manager/Sr Manager - Maintenance

Location - Ringus, Rajasthan

Plant Overview – Ringus (Copper Division) Our Ringus plant is a high-capacity copper recycling and manufacturing facility with an installed production capacity of approximately 12,000 metric tons per annum.

The plant is focused on sustainable copper recycling, converting scrap and raw materials into high-quality finished copper products through advanced processing techniques.

With an estimated annual turnover of - INR 1,000 Crore, the facility plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, resource efficiency, and contributing to Attero’s circular economy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance (TPM, condition monitoring) to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor engineers and technicians; set performance goals.
- Operations Strategy:



Lead mechanical improvements to boost productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations (OSHA), statutory requirements, and quality audits.
- Project Management: Oversee installation, commissioning, and erection of new machinery.
- Budget & Spares: Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical is a must.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Mandatory experience in the copper industry (smelter, refinery, or CCR operations preferred).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills (MIS, dashboards, variance analysis)
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
