1. Plan and draw up a production schedule based on given targets. 2. Decide on priorities and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels as per targets. 3. Achieve the target quality standards. 4. Monitor the production processes daily, weekly, monthly and adjust schedules as needed. 5. Achieve targeted productivity rates and product standards and implement quality assurance programs. 6. Organize and maintain shopfloor 5S and implement Lean culture by executing Lean projects on cost reduction, productivity improvement,
efficiency improvement etc. 10 Ensure health and safety guidelines to maintain accident-free workplace. 11. Work with managers/department heads to implement the company's policies and goals. 12. Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for both management and customers. 13. Be prepared to work in shifts if required and participate in cross functional meetings to contribute your suggestions, ideas and solutions for solving day-to-day production as well as Quality problems. 14. Conduct regular meetings, review worker performance and identify training needs andperform annual appraisals.
